- One project you'd pilot (team size, cadence)
- Your biggest pain (status updates, interruptions, stale tracker)
What a pilot includes
- Duration: 2–4 weeks on one project/team
- Onboarding: a short kickoff call + baseline metric capture
- Outcomes: measurable deltas (status prep time, tracker staleness, missing owners/dates)
- Data access: your standard tracker permissions (PlancyAI inherits your access)
