In early pilots (starting with Jira), most write-back is comments plus small, reviewed changes like status and ETA/due date. Anything beyond that is explicit and approval-based.
Jira Cloud is the initial focus. If you're on Data Center, contact us — support depends on the pilot scope and deployment constraints.
